CSA stands for “Community Supported Agriculture.”  A CSA is an arrangement in which individuals pay for a regular share of the products produced by a farm.  CSAs come in many forms, but the end goal is always to connect directly with farmers and the local foodweb. 

A weekly box of vegetables and occasional fruit (typically 6-8 items). Each box is enough for 2-4 people for one week.

These are just a few examples of what you may receive. In addition to commonly cultivated vegetables, we occasionally include native crops (such as dandelion, nettles, or chickweed).

If you would prefer to pickup your CSA share, we offer one pickup location.   Note:  Many Marketplace items (wines, cheeses, meats, etc.) may not be available for those Members who pickup at Trace.

We want our CSA to work with your schedule, not against it.  You can choose to skip any week for any reason, at no charge to you.   Simply log into your CSA account page and choose which weeks you want to skip.  It’s that easy. 

Instead of skipping, you can also donate your share to The People's CSA.  PCSA is a 501c3 charitable organization founded by Kelly and Andrew to bring fresh, local produce to individuals in need.  Your donation is tax-deductible, and The People's CSA will generate a report for you at the end of the year for your records

Our weekly CSA email includes the following:

• A list of the items in your box.
• Recipes and tips for preparing the vegetables in your share.
• Seasonal themes and occasional local happenings.

Our online Marketplace is full of local and sustainable grocery goods: meat, eggs, cheese, bread, pantry goods, and extra produce. 

Shop during the week and we’ll deliver your order with your next CSA box.  No extra delivery fees. No minimums.

Every CSA Membership includes free access to our online Recipe Box — a collection of recipes from our kitchen.  The recipe box is searchable, so you can quickly find exactly what you need.
