Nearly all of Sineann's wines are single-vineyard, with an emphasis on low crop levels, ensuring the highest possible concentration of flavor. Led by winemaker Peter Rosback, their approach is minimalistic. The wines are treated with meticulous care. When oak is called for, it is specifically toasted French barrels from trusted coopers. Now one of the finest wine producers in the Pacific Northwest, Peter is passionate about making wines he loves, and it shows. Like most in the region, his specialty is his Pinot Noir, but in recent years he has expanded his portfolio. Known for its intense mistral and climatic variation, the Columbia Gorge is a hotbed of vineyards and winemaking talent.
